Erneut spricht eine europäische Finanz Aufsichtsbehörde eine Warnung zu Skyway und den Skyway Group Firmen aus. Diesmal hat Griechenland davor gewarnt, Investitionen an FIRST SKYWAY INVEST GROUP LTD. – EUROASIAN RAIL SKYWAY SYSTEMS HOLDING II LTD. – RSW INVESTMENT GROUP zu tätigen weil nach griechischem Recht kein Prospekt zum Vertrieb von Aktien oder dergleichen in Griechenland vorliegt und somit der Vertrieb von Aktien oder ähnlichen Finanzdienstleistungen illegal seien. Insbesondere wurde die Webseite http://www.[dot]skywaygreece[dot] com und deren Betreiber hervorgeboben, deren webseite noch gar nicht online ist, aber wohl aufgrund von Wistleblowerinformationen mit in die Warnung mit einbezogen wurden.
Wieviele europäische Finanzaufsichten werden noch folgen um am Ende ein endgültiges Verbot sowie eine damit zusammenhängende Rückabwicklung aussprechen? Das bereits deutsche Affiliate gegen die Gewerbeordnung verstoßen, weil eben jene Finanzdienstleistungen in Form der Vermittlung betrieben haben und dazu auch noch wissentlich falsche Informationen an weitere Investoren herausgegeben haben. Bis heute weigert sich der harte Kern der Skywayvermittler in Deutschland, diese richtigen Informationen wahrheitsgemäß an neue Investoren weiterzugeben.
