Die Italienische Consob hat über eine italienische Facebookseite sowie drei weiteren italienischen Webseiten, die für Questra und AGAM geworben hatten, ein 90tägiges Werbeverbot wegen Verstoß gegen drei hauptsächliche Finanzrichtlinien und dem fehlen von erforderlichen Genehmigungen und Prspekten verhängt. Dies dürfte zudem als kapitaler Warnschuss für allle italienischen Questra/AGAM-Jünger verstanden werden. Diese fehlende Prospekte die hier angesprochen werden dürften auch in den übrigen EU-Ländern demnächst Anlass zu eingeleiteten Ermittlungsverfahren geben. Fehlendes Prospekt = unerlaubtes Geschäft = Straftat = ?

The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has:
– imposed a cautionary suspension, for a period of 90 days, pursuant to article 101, paragraph 4, letter b), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), on the advertising activity carried out through the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/QuestraWorldIItaliaAffiliati related to the offer to the public of „investment portfolios“ promoted by the companies Questra World, Questra Holdings and Atlantic Global Asset Management (resolution n. 20075 of July 20, 2017);
– imposed a cautionary suspension, for a period of 90 days, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1, letter b), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), on the offer to the public of investment opportunities for accession to the project named „Elicicoltura„ carried out without the required authorisations, including through the websites http://www.alessiocavalieri.it http://www.gabrielemaltinti.com and http://www.gabrielemaltinti.net(resolution n. 20077 of July 20, 2017);
– imposed a cautionary suspension, for a period of 90 days, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1, letter b), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), on the offer to the public of investment opportunities for accession to the project named „Business Americano„ carried out without the required authorisations, including through the website http://www.gabrielemaltinti.net (resolution n. 20076 of July 20, 2017).
